What is the name of your company, and what do you do?

@properties, Residential Real Estate Broker. I started my Real Estate Career in 2000.

 

Who are your target customers?

My favorite is working with first time buyers and growing families.

 

Where do you operate?

I work through out the Chicagoland area, Evanston, Skokie, and Oak Park.

 

Tell us a little about yourself? 

I am originally from Iowa and I sold Real Estate there for the first 5 years of my career. I wanted to work in a more urban city so I chose Chicago because I would still be close to my family. I have been married for 6 years and I have 4 King Charles Spaniel children.

 

Any other information you think would be helpful for your business or that you would like to share about you.

I used to work in the design industry and this separates me from other agents because I have the ability to make suggestions to buyers including visualizing the space as their own. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) - this is very helpful when helping sellers get the highest selling price and also great for getting buyers the best deal on their purchase.
