With a professional background that includes 14 years as a Chicago Public Schools educator, Neda brings exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills to every aspect of the business.

    Neda oversees customer service, team coordination, and marketing communications, ensuring that clients receive timely, compassionate, and knowledgeable support throughout the restoration process. She also works closely with the disaster restoration team, stepping in to assist with field estimates, project documentation, and insurance claim coordination when needed.

    She is IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), and Carpet Cleaning & Maintenance, combining technical expertise with a deep commitment to customer care.

    Her ability to bridge operations, customer relations, and restoration fieldwork makes her an invaluable part of the ServiceMaster By Simons leadership team.
